1. Acceptance of Carriage Terms
By using PATGOLITO web portals or mobile applications, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all applicable transport and carriage laws of India.
2. Logistics Technology Intermediary
PATGOLITO functions as an intermediary platform connecting independent verified vehicle owners with cargo consignors. Trip contracts for goods carriage are governed under the Carriage by Road Act, 2007.
3. Prohibited and Hazardous Goods
Carriage of hazardous chemicals, explosive materials, illegal contraband, untaxed goods, or any items prohibited under Indian statutes is strictly banned.
4. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to platform operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
